Aaron B. Houchens, a Roanoke native, practices in a range of areas that include corporate litigation, contract disputes, and personal injury. Aaron also routinely appears in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia to defend individuals charged with criminal activity or traffic infractions. Recently, he was selected by Virginia Business magazine as one of its Legal Elite. Additionally, Aaron was also selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine. In both the criminal and civil area, Aaron routinely appears in federal court and has assisted with appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Virginia Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Aaron also has an extensive domestic relations practice where he assists clients with all facets of divorce, child custody, child support, and the preparation of marital agreements.
