“Ethics Tonight – Season 2022” is a 3-hour CLE Ethics Program. Three video vignettes in the style of a late-night talk show shed light on ethical issues that many attorneys face daily. A group of panelists will apply the ABA Rules of Professional Conduct to the analysis of the issues presented.
The program will begin with a brief review of the specific conflict rules from the Rules of Professional Conduct. From there, Mark will challenge the typical excuses for not maintaining a formal conflict checking system and detail what a state of the art conflict checking process looks like.
