In this program, two video vignettes will set up ethical issues that will be discussed the faculty panel. Topics will include the use of indemnification provisions in fee agreements, law firms as clients of professional employer organizations, the no-contact rule and pushing ethical boundaries, lawyer mobility in general, switching sides, inadvertent misdelivery, and limited scope representation. This program is offered in partnership with the State Bar of Georgia. Accreditation for this program has only been sought in the state of Georgia.
