Description
Cybersecurity has become the key to preventing harm to consumers, risk to businesses, and growth in global crime enterprises. In this session, CertifID will review the findings from their annual State of Wire Fraud report that demonstrate the growing threat of wire fraud. The findings will show areas of unequal consumer vulnerability by experience and age, and how law firms are at risk across settlements and transactions. From those insights, you’ll take away recommendations on consumer education, employee training, and tools to deliver consistently secure experiences. The steps required to protect everyone and counter wire fraud are clear, feasible, and well within reach.
ALPS is seeking CLE accreditation for this program in all states listed in the credits tab.
