Short Description:
The presenter panel will discuss what’s currently hot in the world of legal malpractice in GA. They will identify the hot practice areas of concern and center their discussion around the common administrative, substantive, and client relations errors lawyers have been making in recent years. This program will include the telling of a few generalized cautionary tales based upon actual claims in hot practice areas as a way to identify and underscore the importance of relevant risk management best practices.
