Description
Using the results of a recent Solo Attorney Wellbeing Survey conducted by ALPS as the backdrop, “Navigating Wellness: Insights from Solo Attorneys on Wellbeing and Resilience” will share survey responses as a way to introduce practical solutions to common wellness challenges lawyers face. Topics that will be discussed include how to maintain a healthy work-life balance, build and maintain effective attorney-client relationships, establish and maintain boundaries, and prioritize and improve wellness.
